Privacy Policy
What We Collect
FaceHQ processes ordinary analysis images for the duration of the request and does not retain the uploaded face photo. We store a photo only when you separately opt in to a feature that requires it, such as Community or model training.
Face detection runs on your device; the cropped image is sent for analysis when you choose, then deleted.
Data We Store
- Score history (numerical scores, timestamps)
- Account details (email, display name, preferences)
- Community photos and votes (only if you opt in)
- Training consent records
Face Verification (Community Features)
If you enable community face verification, FaceHQ stores a face template for your account: a numeric representation of your face, not a photo. It is created only when you turn the feature on and complete a verification yourself, and it is used only to check that community photos are of you. You can delete it any time in Settings, Privacy. It is deleted when you close your account, and automatically after 12 months without renewal. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we never sell it.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at privacy@facehq.ai. Active-system deletion begins promptly; limited encrypted backups may retain a copy for up to 35 days. FaceHQ does not sell or rent personal data.
